Kiwi Nomad aimed to become the go-to resource for Kiwis seeking remote‑friendly spaces. Their content was strong, but the site needed rethinking to support easy exploration by people who are always moving: remote workers, flexible stay travellers and digital nomads.

Recognising that over 70% of New Zealand users browse on mobile devices, our first principle was responsiveness. We audited the existing site to streamline user flows, sharpen content categories (Work, Eat, Sleep), and prioritise quick discovery and clear navigation. Every tap needed to count and deliver value fast.
